I recently watched an interesting interview with quantum physicist, Naseem Haramein, where he talked about the immense amount of space in every atom. There are matter-based subatomic particles like protons, neutrons and electrons, but then the rest of the atom is 99.9999% space. There is also a vast amount of space between the atoms themselves.
Scientists now know that this space isn’t empty, it contains information in the form of high-frequency energy waves. It’s actually protons, neutrons and electrons, but in their pure energy wave form. These are the same energy waves found in our Universe (in space) which scientists now refer to as ‘The Universal Information Field’
This matrix of interconnected conscious information expands through its interaction with and feedback from the individual experience of all living and non-living things that exist inside it. Each of the 100 trillion cells in our body is filled with billions of atoms so we are, therefore, filled with an immense amount of information connected to this conscious field of information.
Einstein theorised that an object is an extension of space, not separate from space.
THE INFORMATION WITHIN
According to Naseem Haramein, as scientists discover smaller and smaller particles like protons and quarks, the more information they find stored within those particles. It's similar to the evolution of computer microchips, going from massive wardrobe-sized mainframes storing only 4Mb of data, to small tablets and laptops holding 1TB of data.
It makes sense then that when we go deeper inside ourselves, we can access this interconnected matrix of ever-expanding information and discover more about ourselves and our external world.
DEPRESSION OR ‘COMPRESSION’
Spiritual teacher, Bashar often talks about the need for us to reframe depression from being something negative to, what he describes as a natural human instinct to initially go within during challenging times to find answers.
He calls it ‘compression’ and defines it as a process of withdrawing and going deeper with intentional curiosity, which paves the way for deeper contemplation and self-discovery. However, because we don't realise this, as soon as we feel that initial urge to withdraw from the world, we define it as something bad, and the emotion of sadness/wrongness takes over.
Through 'compression', we can receive new insights from The Field and our higher selves about the cause of our struggles, gaining clarity about our next steps in order to move us from that place of ‘stuckness’.
For example, from consciously being still, connecting with our breath and going inwards with the intention of connecting to the Universal Field of Information, we may feel called to be in nature or near water, sit in the sun or lay on the grass. We might feel the need to go on a solo trip or learn a healing modality. We may be inspired to journal or move our body in some way or we may be shown a new aspect of our situation that completely shifts our perspective.
GOING WITHIN TO MANAGE PAIN
Before writing this newsletter I had been nursing a trapped nerve in my neck for a couple of days, so I decided to connect to Reiki and began breathing more deeply into my chest and abdomen, surrendering my entire body with every breath out.
I enjoyed the sensation of heaviness in my body as it sank deeper into my bed. I was surprised at how I seemed to access deeper levels of relaxation and healing with each exhale.
My deep breathing naturally took my thoughts with it. It’s said that shallow breathing creates shallow thinking and deeper breathing creates deeper thought. It felt like I was accessing the atomic field of information needed for my healing. I was able to reduce the pain, in what felt like a few minutes.
So whether our challenge is physical pain or an emotional response to external factors, going inwards, with the guidance of deeper, slower, conscious breathing, will bring answers and healing as we access the infinite information of the field of consciousness.
With love and light
