Shoden Level - The Beginners Teachings
The Usui Reiki Level 1 Course is aimed at those who are new to Reiki or those looking to refresh their skills. You will learn how to deeply feel and connect to the Reiki energy that flows through all of us. You will be taught how to conduct a beautiful Reiki treatment on yourself and others.
From these teachings, you will learn more about the history of Reiki, gain an understanding of what universal energy is from both a spiritual and scientific perspective, as well being shown how to bring Reiki into your daily life.
You will also learn how to manage your own energy so you can enjoy healing others without feeling drained or tired.
To create an environment that allows learning and healing to take place in a loving and harmonious way, I prefer to keep my class sizes small. This also ensures you get plenty of hands-on practice and time for self-reflection.
To further enhance our experience together, I enjoy choosing venues that are surrounded by nature which helps us to stay grounded as we appreciate the beauty that surrounds us. My style of teaching is relaxed, informative, enjoyable and friendly.
