Courses / Workshops
Refunds for cancellations will be given up to 14 days prior to the course start date.
For the reiki master retreat
Cancellations requested up to 2 months before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations requested less than 2 months and up to 1 month before the start of the course are eligible for a refund but the deposit is not refundable.
Cancellations requested less than 1 month before the start, of course, will not be eligible for a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances.
One to One Life Coaching Packages
At My Spiritual Butterfly Ltd, we are committed to providing transformative coaching experiences that empower our clients to achieve lasting change. Our life coaching programmes are designed as comprehensive packages rather than individual sessions, with a focus on long-term growth and personal breakthroughs.
Refund Policy
Refunds Before Programme Start:
If you need to cancel your enrollment, refunds will be granted only if requested before the programme begins.
A processing fee may be deducted to cover administrative costs.
No Refunds After Programme Commencement:
Once the coaching program has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Coaching is a commitment to your personal and professional growth. The value of the programme is not calculated per session but as a holistic journey toward your desired transformation.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that results depend on your dedication and active participation.
Rescheduling & Missed Sessions:
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, notice must be provided as soon as possible. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule within the programme timeline.
Missed sessions without prior notification will not be refunded or credited.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behaviour on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behaviour from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behaviour from the Client. My Spiritual Butterfly Ltd will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of My Spiritual Butterfly Ltd, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
By purchasing a coaching package, you agree to these terms and understand that coaching is an investment in yourself, requiring full participation and co-operation for optimal results.
For Group Coaching Programmes
The Client may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the first session and request a refund. The refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee.
If the Client is not satisfied after 21 days of starting the programme and can prove they have done all the required work, payment will be fully refunded minus a 5% administration fee.
If the Client cancels after the 21 day period, they may only request a refund for the amount pertaining to remaining sessions. The Client will not have the right to cancel or request a refund after the services have been fully performed (after all sessions or services have been completed).
If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all of their scheduled sessions, then the Client may request a refund for the amount pertaining to the remaining sessions. If approved, the refund will be issued, minus a 5% transaction fee.

Reiki Session / Reiki package
Sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior with a full refund.
Sessions missed or cancelled on the day will incur a charge of 100% of the session fee.
