The Usui Reiki Level 1 Course is aimed at those who are new to Reiki or those looking to refresh their skills. You will learn how to deeply feel and connect to the Reiki energy that flows through all of us. You will be taught how to conduct a beautiful Reiki treatment on yourself and others.

Known as 'The Inner Teachings', the Reiki 2 Course will allow you to go deeper into self and further develop your intuitive healing abilities. We will practice traditional Japanese Reiki techniques that will build your self-trust, open your 3rd eye and allow you to go where you feel guided when giving a Reiki treatment.

This 5 day Reiki Master Teacher course, known as the Mystery Teachings, is practice-centric and continues your reiki journey to reveal the true self through further exploration of the original teachings of Mikao Usui and the traditional methods of Reiki.

All Reiki Therapists are welcome to join Reiki Master, Gwen Allison for an enjoyable day in the beautiful surroundings of Sydenham Garden where we will be going through everything you need to start or grow your Reiki Practice.

All are welcome to an enjoyable day of beautiful Reiki based meditations. This special 1 day retreat journeys through the Reiki Principles and is designed to allow you to escape the demands of daily life, de-stress you and open your mind to the wonders of meditation.

On this enjoyable day of Reiki practice and energy exploration, we will learn the difference between Usui Reiki Ryoho (Eastern) and Usui Shiki Ryoho (Western). We will spend the day working with powerful, 3rd eye-opening, Eastern healing techniques.

Join experienced Reiki Master Teacher Gwen Allison every month for Reiki teachings, Reiki meditations and self-practice intended to deepen your knowledge and experience of Reiki as a spiritual practice. Open to all attuned to Reiki from any lineage.
