Usui Reiki Master Course Retreat
This 5 day Reiki Master Teacher course, known as the Mystery Teachings, is practice-centric and continues your reiki journey to reveal the true self through further exploration of the original teachings of Mikao Usui and the traditional methods of Reiki.
Students will connect with the original intentions behind the techniques, meditations, principles and symbols. Students will also learn how to use the 4th and final Reiki symbol and will learn how to attune others to Reiki.
This Reiki Master Teacher level is aimed at Reiki Practitioners who have completed Reiki levels 1 & 2 and have ideally been regularly using Reiki for several months. If you have trained with another Reiki Master please scan and email copies of your Reiki Certificates to gwen@myspiritualbutterfly.com.
This level is taught as part of a retreat, allowing you to completely immerse yourself in the teachings without the distractions of daily life. There will be plenty of time for practice, questions, discussions and extra-curricular activities, including meditations, the exploration of various energy tools, socialising and exploring the beauty of the local area.
Once you become a qualified Reiki Master, you will be able to practice Reiki more intuitively and teach Reiki to others. However, you do not need to teach and can simply see the course as another step in your spiritual journey. It's perfectly fine to take the course with the intention of learning more about Reiki.

The Venue
Florence House, Southdown Road, Seaford, East Sussex, BN25 4JS
Florence House is situated just 10 minutes walk from the beautiful, clean beaches of Seaford. It's surrounded by landscaped gardens and nature making it ideal for moments of deeper contemplation, group meditations and solitude as we journey through what is known in the East as 'The Mystery Teachings'.
We have the entire house to ourselves with staff onsite. The staff are really helpful and the newly refurbished bedrooms are very comfortable and cosy.

To attend the Reiki Master Retreat you will need to have completed your Usui Reiki Level 1 & 2 qualifications with either myself or another Reiki Master.

The course includes accommodation in a bedroom with a view. You will have sole occupancy of the room. All rooms have WiFi access.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner, mid-morning tea & biscuits, afternoon tea & cakes.
The course also includes an extensive Reiki Master manual, all tuition and optional evening activities such as Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga and Sound Baths.

There is a maximum of 12 students on the course and we have the whole venue to ourselves.

On Day 1, please arrive at 2.00pm for check-in and registration. Teaching starts at 3pm.

You should bring your own personal notebook or journal and a pen to take notes. Bring comfortable clothing including jumpers and cardigans should it become cold.
For your room, please bring your own toiletries (shampoo, shower gel etc).

By Car: Free Parking is available at the venue.
By Train: From Victoria, every 30 mins, change at Lewes for Seaford - 1 hour 20 mins.
Then just 5 minutes by taxi from the station to Florence House.
By Air: London Gatwick is the nearest airport .
From Gatwick Airport, take the direct train from South Terminal to Seaford - 1 hour. Then 5 minutes by taxi from the station to Florence House. -
You’ll be glad to know there is free parking at the venue!

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included on each day apart from on Day 1 which will include dinner only and Day 5 which will include breakfast and lunch only.
Tea, coffee, herbal teas, biscuits and fruit will also be provided during the morning and afternoon breaks.
Please include any dietary requirements in the form at checkout when booking your place.

I would recommend wearing comfortable layers so you can adjust to the variable temperature in the room and feel relaxed during the practical sessions.

Cancellations requested up to 2 months before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations requested less than 2 months and up to 1 month before the start of the course are eligible for a refund but the deposit is not refundable.
Cancellations requested less than 1 month before the start, of course, will not be eligible for a refund unless there are exceptional circumstances.
