Proof The Universe Is In You

I wrote this as I was getting ready to fly to Amsterdam to see Abraham Hicks, the Law of Attraction people! 🙌🎉

Abraham Hicks have been around since the 1980's and I've listened to them for over 15 years now. What I've realised is that almost every question elicits the same eventual answer, we are all powerful creators, so we have to learn to focus on what we want with love rather than what we don't want with fear. Something I often have to remind myself of.

When we focus on anything with intention, free energy in the form of subatomic particles which exists in the Universe and in the space that surrounds us, begin spinning into action. They gather to form atoms, which then gather to form molecules, which then create something tangible we can see or experience. This is how thought becomes things. This is manifestation. 

These subatomic particles, discovered in 1898, are considered to be the stuff of the Universe and are also present in every cell in our body. In my latest Youtube video, I talk about this as one possible explanation for how Reiki is working so if you would like to discover more, click the link below to watch and let me know if it resonates.
