2025, the Year of the Snake and a 9 year, has been a time of shedding old skins and completing cycles. While this process can feel disruptive, especially as the year draws to a close, it is a necessary unravelling that allows our most authentic selves to emerge.
For me, the path to enlightenment is about living authentically, including work, business and relationships.
Living authentically in work, relationships and daily life has been a core intention for my year. It hasn’t always been easy but each time I chose truth over comfort, I felt a lightness and peace that confirmed I was on the right path.
WHAT 2026 BRINGS
2026 is the Year of the Horse and a number 1 year, bringing fresh beginnings, forward momentum, courage and freedom. It invites us to take inspired action, break free from stuckness and move toward what truly calls us.
WHAT IS EMERGING
This year, I’ve been increasingly emphasising Reiki not only as hands-on healing, but as a spiritual practice that, if embodied, brings us health and happiness.
For the past decade, Reiki has profoundly changed me in many ways, from helping me heal my relationships to deepening my connection to my higher self and Source, teaching me how to live with greater authenticity and an anchored inner-calm.
EVOLVE YOUR REIKI JOURNEY
I’m often asked whether I teach Reiki online, as many in our community live overseas. Whilst I’m considering this as an option, I feel a strong desire to share my continually evolving Reiki insights in other ways.
To honour this, I’ll be offering a monthly, online, live session where anyone attuned to Reiki, at any level and lineage, can join me for teachings and guided practice of various self-Reiki techniques to deepen their knowledge, feed their spirituality and experience healing Reiki energy.
