Kotodama Healing with the 2nd Reiki Symbol

Kotodama Healing with the 2nd Reiki Symbol

Following on from my post about Reiki kotodama (spirit word) and the first Reiki symbol, today I’ll be sharing about the 2nd Reiki symbol - SEI HE KI, known as the Harmony/Emotional/Mental symbol.

The kotodama for the 2nd symbol is E I E Ki (pronounced - eh e eh ki)

As a reminder, chanting the kotodama for a reiki symbol allows us to deeply feel the energy of the symbol and receive its healing benefits. They can be chanted out loud or saliently or simply listened to, in order to receive healing. You can chant daily, for 7 days or 21 days or whenever you feel you need its healing energy.

The harmony symbol works to bring balance to our thoughts, beliefs and emotions, fortifying our life force or ‘ki’. It reminds us that what we see happening in our reality, our external world, is a direct reflection of what is happening in our internal world and the frequency of our internal life force.

When we chant the kotodama for the Harmony Symbol we can receive many gifts including the following:

IMPROVED RELATIONSHIP TO SELF

This is the symbol to chant if you suffer from worrying, fearful or negative self-talk. When the limiting beliefs are stripped away we begin to harmonise with the fundamental truth of who we are. We can grow into deeper self-love, self-acceptance and self-worth.

IMPROVED RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHERS

This symbol will bring harmony to any relationship, revealing the win/win solution, melting the external armour of both parties to bring forth mutual compassion and understanding.

HEAL THE HEART CHAKRA

If you’ve been hurt in love, are grieving the loss of someone dear to you or are feeling depressed, this kotodama will powerfully heal and open your heart to love, compassion and forgiveness - of self and others.

RELEASE STORED ANGER

We know from my previous posts that we can store the energy of anger in the liver if it’s either suppressed or over-expressed. As long as it’s not been compassionately seen and processed by us, it will eventually lead to dis-ease.

Chanting the 2nd symbol with the intention of revealing the message behind the sensation of anger will allow the energy to be transmuted back to the love.

HIGHER INTUITION

In terms of chakras, the realm of the 2nd symbol is from the heart chakra upwards which includes our 3rd eye. If your goal is to become more intuitive or to embrace your psychic abilities, chanting with a pure intention and some spiritual boundaries, can enhance your mystical experiences.

SPEAK YOUR TRUTH

If you struggle to speak from the heart in any situation, then this symbol is for you. It will open your throat chakra which will see you start to voice your truth to others, express your desires and practice vulnerability in your love relationships. Opening your throat chakra can also enthuse power into creative endeavours such as poetry, writing, singing and public speaking.

RELEASE BAD HABITS

Most bad habits like nail biting, smoking, gambling or complaining, can stem from an incorrect belief about ourselves. Bad habits can form in order to fill a void in our life, usually lack of self-worth or self-love. Chanting this kotodama will gradually seep light energy into the emptiness at the root of the habit or addiction replacing it with the fullness of love for ‘self’, thus releasing dependency on any external vice.

Such a powerful kotodama, filled with transforming light. This is my favourite symbol as it speaks to mental wellness and self-love, two things that are most needed during the anxiety-fueled, externally focused times we live in today.

Chant or listen to the kotodama for SEI Hi Ki - the Harmony/Emotional/Mental symbol,

With love and light
