Trusting Your Choices
If you find yourself faced with two or more decisions but you don't know which is the best choice for you,  I've shared some tools below that have helped me to make better choices when faced with a dilemma.

Does it feel lighter or heavier?
When we deliberate two options there may be one that feels heavier as you talk or think about it and one which feels lighter. If one feels heavy it may not be right for you.
Think or talk about each choice in turn and notice what happens to your body energetically as you do so.
Does your body constrict or expand?
Do you feel heavier in your heart or lighter?
Do you feel a knot or pain in your abdomen - perhaps from fear of the unknown but maybe from knowing it's not going to be enjoyable?
Imagine the decision has been taken... How do you feel now? Is there a feeling of relief, joy, numbness or dread?
If you're still uncertain, test things by flipping a coin. If it falls on an option and your gut reaction is 'Oh no' then that's instantly revealing your true choice.
The mind thinks but the heart knows
Try connecting to your heart during meditation. Let go and wait for the answer to come.
Take a few minutes to relax in a quiet space.
Breathe calmly and in your own time.
Place your left hand on your heart.
Ask the question or think about each option in turn.
Now, let go of the question and continue to relax.
See what comes up - it may be words, pictures or a feeling.
If you get nothing at all, that's OK, it may show up anytime within the next few days.
Hand it to your subconscious mind
Just before we fall asleep our brain slows down and moves into alpha / theta brainwave states which are very relaxed, meditative states of consciousness. This is an ideal time to connect to the Universal Mind and draw the answer to you. Simply ask your question calmly before you fall asleep and then let it go.  Again, the answer can show up in the morning or over the next few days.
If you're feeling totally stuck, choose any decision, understanding that it's not the last decision you will ever make in your life. The important thing is movement creates and not making a decision stagnates you.
Let me know if you give one of the steps a try.
With love and light
