Okuden - The Inner Teachings

Known as 'The Inner Teachings', the Reiki 2 Course will allow you to go deeper into self and further develop your intuitive healing abilities. We will practice traditional Japanese Reiki techniques that will build your self-trust, open your 3rd eye and allow you to go where you feel guided when giving a Reiki treatment. Techniques such as meditations, distance Reiki, body scanning and being initiated to the three beautiful Reiki Symbols are all a part of this profound 2-day journey.

On a more practical note, if you wish to help others, you will also learn how to set up your own professional Reiki Therapy business, covering key topics such as insurance, professional registration, therapy room setup, pricing, code of ethics and promoting your offerings.

This course is aimed at students who have already obtained their Reiki 1 qualification either with me or with another Usui Reiki Master. If you have trained with another Reiki Master I will need a copy of your Reiki 1 Certificate.

To create an environment conducive to learning and to ensure plenty of hands-on practice, class sizes are limited so please book early to ensure your place. The course is taught in a relaxed format, is informative, enjoyable and friendly.

Once certified, you will have everything you need to be able to confidently use Reiki to treat yourself, your loved ones and members of the public. You will also be able to attend my twice-monthly Reiki Shares where you can practice what you have learnt and develop your skills further.

Reiki Level 2 Course Content

This enjoyable 2 day course will include the following:

  • Learn more about the history of Usui Reiki

  • Learn the 3 Reiki Symbols and how to use them

  • Learn how to conduct a full-body scan to find the point of imbalance

  • Learn and practice Distance Reiki Healing

  • Learn deeper Reiki meditation techniques

  • Learn intuitive Reiki techniques to get to the root of the problem.

  • Learn how to set up your own Reiki Practice

  • Free, extensive Reiki 2 Manual

  • Internationally recognised Reiki 2 Certificate

Post Course Support

Once you receive your certificate, you will have everything you need to be able to confidently use Reiki to treat yourself, your friends, family and even your pets. You will also be able to join my Reiki Workshops and twice-monthly Reiki Shares where you can practice what you have learned and feel the energy within you grow.

This course is accredited by the UK Reiki Federation and the CNHC.

Course Times

The course will run from 9.30am to 4.30pm on Saturday and Sunday with an hour for lunch. There will be short breaks in the morning and afternoon.

What do I need to bring?

Light refreshments will be provided such as tea, coffee, water and biscuits. Please bring a journal or notepad and pen. I would also recommend you wear comfortable layers as you will be lying down during the practical sessions and the temperature in the room may vary.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • In order to attend the Reiki 2 Course, you should have already completed the Reiki 1 course either with me or with another Reiki Master.

    If you have trained with another Reiki Master please bring your Reiki 1 Certificate with you.

  • My intention is to make this an informative, enjoyable, healing experience for everyone taking part so the class sizes are kept small with no more than 8 students.

  • Please arrive between 9.15am and 9.30am for Registration and Coffee on the first day.

  • You may wish to bring your own personal notebook or journal and pen to take notes. However, the course content is covered in the course manual.

  • Ashburton Hall, Ashburton Park, Croydon, CR0 6NN

  • The nearest station is East Croydon then there are plenty of buses and Trams to Addiscombe. There are also black taxis outside the station. East Croydon station is only 15 minutes from London Victoria or London Bridge

  • There is free parking at the venue.

  • Light refreshments will be provided including biscuits, fruit, tea, coffee and water. However, you may want to bring extra water.

    For lunch, there is a small cafe on the ground floor and several food shops, cafes and supermarkets nearby.

  • I would recommend wearing comfortable layers so you can adjust to the variable temperature in the room and feel relaxed during the practical sessions.

  • Refunds will be given up to 14 days before the course start date.
