The Chrysalis Circle will provide a protective, safe container for metamorphosis. Each month, we will delve into the essence of different female archetypes from various cultures across the globe, including Africa, India, South America and the Celtic regions. These goddesses offer powerful themes and strengths to guide our spiritual journey. Coupled with the magnetic energy of the moon and the transformative New Age of Aquarius, we will awaken our feminine, yin energy.
We will focus on healing to restore inner peace and gently address any emotional, energetic and spiritual imbalances.
By aligning with the energies of specific female archetypes, you will turn on and tune in to your intuition & psychic abilities as you sharpen your inner knowing and begin to trust your instincts.
You will be guided to nurture self-love, not only to deepen your relationship with self and foster a sense of wholeness but also to fortify your love and family connections, building stronger, more meaningful relationships in all areas of your life.

About Your Guide
Hi! I’m Gwen - I’m a transformational life coach and spiritual teacher with over 16 years experience.
My journey began with teachings like the Law of Attraction and ‘The Secret,’ leading me to understand how our mindset influences reality.
After overcoming challenges like divorce and redundancy as a single mum to a now 25-year-old daughter, I transitioned from the corporate world of IT into spiritually aligned coaching and healing
As a Reiki Master Teacher, certified in Advanced Life Coaching, Meditation Teaching, Emotion Code, and PSYCH-K®, my passion is creating compassionate spaces where women can gather to connect with their inner power, heal deeply and live in their authenticity
The Chrysalis Circle is the realisation of my long-held vision to host an empowering space where women can safely embark on profound healing and growth. Guided by the wisdom and mentorship of powerful goddess archetypes, The Chrysalis Circle is a reflection of my commitment to supporting you in your journey and your reclamation of your inner strength.

The Chrysalis Circle is open to ALL women who are ready for growth and community
Membership investment is only £11 per month
New members will receive a Welcome Email containing all the information you need to ensure you enjoy our gathering
Our gatherings will take place on Zoom, on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7pm
Members will have access to the recordings should you be unable to attend a session
Outside of our monthly gatherings, our private community will be on WhatsApp, where you are welcome to share inspirations and photos, offer advice, ask questions or seek the support of the Circle
Members are asked to always be respectful and kind to each other
