The Benefits of Reiki Healing
Just as 6 planets aligned in the night sky a couple of days ago, we experienced perfect alignment at the Reiki Reconnection Retreat this week.
Aside from the beautiful weather, the abundance of nature and nourishing food, every person there was a powerful beacon of light in our group.
We had two soul-nourishing talks from Yolanda, Reiki Radio Founder and Frans Stiene, Reiki Author, which I hope to share with you soon.
LIGHT AND SPACECIOUSNESS
Through the inevitable expansion of our awareness, the organically evolving themes of our time together centred on permitting ourselves to use Reiki more intuitively, being the great bright of the Reiki Master symbol, Dai Komyo and becoming spaciousness during times of constriction.
It was almost miraculous to see Reiki light suspend the sensation of excruciating physical pain, bring renewed upliftment to hearts that had arrived subdued or a little guarded and present ways forward that couldn't previously be seen.
THE IMPORTANCE OF LIGHT
In all of these situations, something had been illuminated. Light had been shone on a previously hidden new perspective.
It can be hard to see out when we're deep in our problems but this light only needs a tiny crack to beam itself through and the healing begins.
THE MANY FORMS OF LIGHT
This light could look like compassion for others or ourselves, it could look like rest, a kind word, a listening ear or finally asking for help.
It can take many forms.
SHAMING 'LOVE & LIGHT'
Having seen a few social media posts shaming those of us who speak of 'love and light', both Jae and I wanted to address this on our enlightening podcast 'Hey Human, Meet Spirit', this coming Wednesday.
When we truly understand the power behind this phrase, both scientifically and spiritually, there's a realisation of how dangerous this movement away from it is and how it can actually weaken us.
With love and light
