Life's Lessons- Part 1
I wanted to share 20 of the most impactful life reflections I've become aware of so far, since starting my spiritual journey. Here are the first 10, some I've expanded upon in previous posts.
Life’s Reflections
Your inner circle gets smaller as your vibration rises higher and that’s ok.
People who are no longer a match to your new higher frequency will naturally fall away. Seek new friends and groups by attending spiritual workshops, group meditations and Meetups on topics of interest. If you want to change anything major in your life YOU have to take action - No one else can do it for you.
Remembering this drives me forward on days when I struggle to motivate myself. It allowed me to build transformational habits like daily meditation / self-reiki, intermittent fasting and working out at the gym. We don't hesitate to take action for other people and employers so let's make ourselves our first priority. 🙌🎉Visualisation is our superpower. It’s how we create new realities
It gets crushed out of us as we become adults but even 5 minutes a day of daydreaming about things as we'd like them to be, will allow our reality to shift and our desires to manifest. Try it for 7 days and watch for synchronicities.Connect to the Universe as much as possible not just when you desperately need something
We have Universal light flowing through us, so why do we wait to consciously connect to that light? By connecting as we go about our day, we refill our reservoir with love and if we send that light out we can positively shift any adverse situation, giving ourselves a much softer landing in life.Give up trying to control or fix others
I learnt this the hard way, particularly with my daughter. Older children, partners etc, let them find their way. Doing so surrounds them in a more expansive, loving energy compared to the energy of worry and fear, bringing peace to everyone.Expand your mind by travelling and seeing the world
Not travelling is like having a beautiful garden but never going outside. The pandemic reminded us to take advantage of our freedom to explore different cultures and continents.Don’t compare or wish to be anybody else but you.
No matter how perfect things seem on the outside, everyone is going through their own stuff on the inside.Seek advice and mentorship from those who are already doing what you want to do.
Don't let anyone who isn't doing what you want to do, project their fears onto you.Hurt people, hurt people.
This compassionate understanding releases you both. Someone coming from a loving start in life will never hurt another.Self-hypnosis is the most powerful way to manifest change
Your subconscious mind will respond most strongly to the sound of your own voice. Falling asleep to your pre-recorded empowering affirmations as your brain goes into the more relaxing alpha / theta brainwave states, allows your affirmations to deeply integrate into your psyche, reprogramming unwanted thoughts behaviours and your reality. This is how I found myself loving the gym after decades of literally struggling to go, let alone enjoy it. It's one of several powerful life affirmations I still listen to as I fall asleep. Check out books by Joseph Murphy, Neville Goddard, Bruce Lipton and Dr Joe Dispenza to learn more about this topic.
If any of the above hits home for you, let me know. I look forward to sharing the remaining 10 with you in Part 2 (to follow)
With love and light
