As part of this three-day event, I'll be sharing The Path to Forgiveness, exploring gentle ways to navigate anger and frustration before guiding you through Metta Bhavana, the Loving Kindness Meditation practiced by Buddhist monks.
Together we'll generate compassion for ourselves, our loved ones, someone who challenges us, our beautiful planet and humanity as a whole.
Researchers have spent decades studying this meditation, observing experienced practitioners reaching Gamma, Hyper Gamma and Lambda brainwave states.
Gamma is associated with feelings of oneness, wisdom, inner peace and happiness.
This will be the first time I've shared this meditation outside of my Reiki retreats and I'd love you to experience it with me.
