By following the steps in this uplifting challenge over the next 7 days, you will become more conscious of how your mind and thoughts affect your mood and your outlook on life.
With each challenge, you will begin to feel more positive, calmer and more loving towards yourself.
Everything you need will be on the webpage for that Day so you can easily access it anytime, using your mobile, desktop or laptop.
The daily mindset teachings will include a self-reflective activity which can be done by printing the beautiful workbook provided or by using your journal. There will also be a meditation to perform daily and an inspirational mantra to contemplate throughout the day.
The self-reflective activities will build your feeling of worthiness, help you identify and change your negative self-talk, your limiting beliefs and will move you towards the forgiveness of others and yourself.
You will have lifetime access for as long as the Challenge exists so you can come back and repeat the process anytime you feel the need.
After you have completed your purchase you will receive an email with full instructions for creating your login credentials and accessing the Challenge.
Once You Have Access
Read the teachings for the first day's Challenge carefully. Print the associated worksheet so you can do the self-reflection activity and listen to that day's meditation.
When you have completed each activity, feel free to share your experience and ask questions in the Comments section on the webpage.
Be sure to take each step one day at a time and avoid the temptation to rush ahead. You will need time to process what you have learned and you should spend the day reflecting on and using each lesson.
