Embracing your Inner Introvert.
Whether your personality is more shy or sociable, introvert or extravert, accept your nature and look to develop that part of yourself, rather than trying to become something you're not.
Too often we fight with our true nature. If you're more introverted, you may desire to be more confident in large groups but that takes a certain level of energy and you simply may not feel the need to seek attention in that way. You may decide just to be present, relax and quietly observe or find just one person to strike up a conversation with, rather than aiming to 'work the room'.
Be where you can thrive. If that's a quiet space, that's fine. If you prefer to connect with people
one-to-one rather than in large groups, honour that.
