Hi! I’m Gwen…

I’m a Life Coach, Reiki Master Teacher and Holistic Business Coach with over 16 years experience helping women reconnect with who they truly are and step confidently into their purpose.

For over 20 years, I worked in senior IT management within the Finance Sector and while I was successful, I always felt a deeper calling - a pull to do something more meaningful, more aligned and more fulfilling.

I knew I was here to support women in a way that felt empowering, transformative and true to who I was but like many of the women I now work with…

I had to move through self-doubt, fear and uncertainty before I could fully step into that calling and leave my corporate job 7 years ago.

Today, I’ve helped hundreds of women from around the world to:

Break free from limiting beliefs
Reconnect with their true selves
Build the confidence to take aligned action
Create lives and work that feels deeply fulfilling
